Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Format Cells > Select a left-hand spacing (leave other borders as they are)
2. UI updates and spacing is correct
3. Save spreadsheet and quit Calc
4. Re-open, border on left has reverted to default.
Current behavior:
Loses border spacing
Expected behavior:
Retain spacing after saving, quitting calc, and then re-opening file
