Adding a new command should be justified because requires a big effort to modify the documentation and translations for all the languages available. Since the LibreLogo textbox just executes the commands that you can write in the LibreLogo program, a new command should also be useful in a program, and a command that generates another program is confusing. Besides, including CLEARSCREEN after the turtle, removes the drawing from the screen, and this can be confusing for the user. The example could be more predictable restoring the position and colours, but it's just an arbitrary example and cannot serve for every purpose.
