Description:
Some time ago new bitmap names were introduced for the bitmaps used for
application backgrounds. However, the bitmaps themselves seem to be partially
the same as bitmaps used for filling object backgrounds in documents. As a
result the names of many bitmaps are now duplicated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Old (object background) bitmap names:

2. New (application background) bitmap names:
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/search/libo_ui-master/-/en/?q=BMP_&sort_by=component%2C-priority&checksum=
Actual Results:
The names of many bitmaps are duplicated in the code and Weblate.
Expected Results:
The names are de-duplicated, reducing duplicated code and translations.
