Description:
When importing multiple (different) .csv files it can be necessary to change
the filter options. There is a workaround to change the switch (
https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/csv-files-open-without-text-import-dialog-in-libreoffice-calc-25-8/132933
). But when the switch gets changed (however) one has to remember this
work-a-round.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add LO Calc; Tools - Options - LibrOffice Calc - Defaults
The suggestion is that by having a switch in the options it makes it easier to
to tun the filter options on / off.

Actual Results:
double click on a csv file.
double click on a csv file with different field delimiters.
Depending on settings you may need to change the "show filter options" option.
