Every semi-popular spreadsheet tool has keyboard shortcuts for selecting entire rows / columns. For some reason, some extremely experienced people here seem to think that each and every spreadsheet tool is wasting some kind of resource by implementing these shortcuts. I could give you many examples of their use (and I used them almost daily). I'll give you one: [SHIFT]+[SPACE_BAR], [CTRL]+[+] Experienced users can start by that example and add 3 more in less than 5 seconds.
