Then the issue I saw was fixed by 4b445e5a0c8db4dbe8950ce911536f7c394007cc "vcl: make WebP images native The WebP filter only attached a NativeWebp GfxLink when running unit tests, so older readers would not get .webp images in saved ODT files. WebP is widely supported now, so drop the gate. The native bytes survive import and export writes the picture back as .webp instead of re-encoding it to PNG."
