Description:
When hovering over buttons in the toolbar, the tool tip is obscured by the
mouse pointer. This is LibreOffice 26.8.0.3 on Windows 11.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover over any toolbar button and wait for the tool tip to appear.
2. See that the tool tip is obscured by the mouse pointer.
Actual Results:
Tool tip is obscured by the mouse pointer, making it difficult to see what the
tool tip says.
Expected Results:
Tool tip should appear under the mouse pointer or to the side of it, depending
on location of the button.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I haven't checked previous versions of LibreOffice.
