Still reproducible in: Version: 26.8.1.1, Flatpak (Flathub), runtime org.freedesktop.Platform 25.08 OS: Debian GNU/Linux forky/sid, kernel 7.2.9; Wayland session, niri compositor VCL: gtk3 Steps: Writer > Styles sidebar > right-click a paragraph style > Modify > Borders tab > Line > Color dropdown. Result: the palette popover extends past the bottom of the screen and the lower rows are not visible. The dialog itself is not resizable, so there is no workaround. Screenshot attached.
