Bug ID: 173884
Summary: Row/Column size units should respect 'Measurement
units' in Options->General
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 26.2.6.3 release
Hardware: All
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
Even when setting the measurement unit to 'Centimeter' in the many places
through the Options*, I still see the row/column sizes in inches. See the
attached screenshot.
* which is not very elegant, see
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172261
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set 'Centimeter' as measuring unit in all places in Options
2. Create a table in Writer
3. Check the 'Row height' and 'Column width on the sidebar
Actual Results:
Settings are ignored and 'Row height' and 'Column width' are shown in inches.
Expected Results:
Settings are not ignored and 'Row height' and 'Column width' are shown in
Centimeters (or whatever unit you chose in Options).
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
