            Bug ID: 173886
Summary: lack of consistency (or error) in length units
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.6.3 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Whenever a user selects a length unit, it should be respected in all places.
In Calc, I have configured to centimeters (in Options) but still see a
different unit in another dialog (millimeters).

Edit: after writing the report I see that this must be an error in the units
shown, not a lack of consistency. Please see 'Other Information'

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Calc, set 'Centimeter' in all places in Options
2. Right-click to open 'Format cells' dialog
3. Go to 'Border' on the list to the left

Actual Results:
I see the Paddings as millimeters

Expected Results:
It should show all lengths in millimeters.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Actually, wait.
The number I see on the 'Format cells' dialog is 0.35 mm, is that correct? That
would be equal to 350 micrometers (= 0.01377953 inches).

So maybe the number is correct but the unit is wrong? If so, it should be 0.35
cm which would make more sense.
