Not really, becase we don't track our users or bother them with pop-up polls and surveys. However, that doesn't matter, because what you're taking about is _prioritization_. Bugs don't get confirmed only if they're high priority. Bugs can be NEW and extremely low priority; the question is whether it would make sense for this to be part of LibreOffice or not. If the answer is yes, then the bug is NEW, and can either be implemented right away, or years later, or decades etc. It is also a matter of implementers' interests and passions.
