The ODT documents I am working with are generated by a tool, so I have a new document and an old document, not changes in a document. I open the new document and then File / Compare document... the old one. I want to be able to create a pdf that shows the content of the new document with change bars in the margins to highlight which parts of the document have changed, but without the actual changes being visible (this allows proof readers to quickly identifier which bits have been changed so the can be review the final content, as it can be hard to see what that is if the changes are there).
