Options dialog with the PPTX open: Western = Default - English (USA)

Thanks for testing. The text on the slide has its own lang on each run (uk-UA
and de-DE), so this text is shown as Ukrainian and German. That part works. The
bug is about the default language of the document (a:defPPr/a:defRPr/@lang).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a system locale other than uk-UA (mine is en-US).
2. Open the attached document-language-uk.pptx.
3. Open Tools > Options > Languages and Locales > General and look at Default
Languages for Documents > Western. With a document open, this field shows the
language of the current document.

Actual: the system locale ("Default - English (USA)" for me, I expect Czech for
you).
Expected: Ukrainian.

With the attached ODP control the same steps give Ukrainian. I attach
screenshots of both.

Checked again today on current master:

Version: 27.2.0.0.alpha0+ (AARCH64)
Build ID: 1acf2756db642e214921f35b7ab2c69980c195bc
CPU threads: 14; OS: macOS 26.6.1; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: osx
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
