Some steps to follow: - can you try again maybe with a new version of LibreOffice (26.8.1 was released yesterday) - try to reset your user profile after that <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile> - then install just one extension and see if you get a crash, later add more extensions and so on...
