Description:
I have 3 relatively small word docs open. When I drag the windows, it will
suddenly stall for about 20 seconds and then allow me to resume dragging.
Actual Results:
Opened 3 libreoffice docx documents in writer.
Dragging the windows around, it will suddenly freeze for 20 seconds before
allowing me to resume dragging
Expected Results:
It froze for a while
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Not frozen, smooth dragging
