I find the Tip of the Day very useful and would not want to disable it. However, when using Writer, I would prefer to see Writer-related tips, and when using Calc, Calc-related tips. This improvement should not require monitoring users' behaviour. Simply selecting tips according to the module being opened would already be a valuable improvement. Tips genuinely common to several modules could remain available in each of them. Could you please clarify whether this module-specific separation is being considered for a future LibreOffice release?
