Double click launch via DWM association of ODF Text file (.odt) opens into Writer. The spinning blue circle shows during launch, but clears as UI comes up fully. Suppose there could be an issue should system be balking at graphics testing, or if skia Vulkan rendering paths (now disabled by default with new user porfile) were still enabled from old profile.
