Croatian dictionary should be updated as it hasn't been for years now. Many
improvements were made and some parts of dictionary is taged as LightProof
extension and it uses POS tagging for verbs. I've added many REP improvements
and added fare share of new words. Generally, it's a far better dictionary.
New .dic and .aff files can be downloaded from github.com/krunose/husnpell-hr.
It's the same dictionary, but better.
