Problem description: after resize app window, spreadsheet fails to fill window.
First noted in the 4.0.x series but just ignored it. I have observed this in
4.0.3, 4.0.4, and 4.1.0. Now back to using 3.6.7 which seems to only get
better. Wonderful new features in 4.x.x series but this is annoying.
Steps to reproduce:
1. With Calc open with document, grab a corner and resize the window of the
application.
2. There is an empty margin that refuses to fill the newly resized window.
3. ....
Current behavior: as above, empty space instead of filling the new window size
with the current spreadsheet
Expected behavior: The resized window should be filled with the current
spreadsheet
