Adv,

You are absolutely right that my explanations is, to say the least, confusing.

I have uploaded a new version of my spreadsheet (version 2) with a new sheet
("Sheet 9") that tries to better explain the issue.

To your point about having two different behaviour, I don't think there is an
issue with the expected outcome of the copy for a user. As you can see in the
"sheet 9" of the version 2 of my spreadsheet that I have just uploaded, I don't
think a user would expect anything else then the result of Step #3 (equivalent
to copying all selected sheets as a whole).

If a user wanted to have the result of the copy like "Step #4" in my
spreadsheet, the user would just follow the steps, like I did, in "Step #4"
(copy one sheet, or one line, at the time).

So, in my humble opinion, just like copying cell in a sheet, the default
behaviour should only be like "Step #3" and not “Step #4.

What do you think?
