As I think the current design is arguably a bug, here is simplified reproduction information which is up-to-date for 26.2.6.3. # STEPS 1. Create a new spreadsheet 2. Add any content in the sheet (for example, "foo" in A1) 3. Create a new (second) sheet 4. Open the Page Style dialog for the second sheet’s style (via Format → Page Style…) 5. Go to the Background tab 6. Select Color 7. Select a red color (for example, FF0000) 8. Select OK 9. Return to the initial sheet 10.
