I set user defined background colours in a LO Writer table.
After saving and reopening the the file, the background colours disappear if I
add new rows to that table.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO Writer.
2. Create a fresh default document.
3. Insert a table.
4. Modify background color of one (or multiple) cells.
5. Add new rows to the table via context menu or TAB key.
6. Save the file and close the file.
7. Open the file again.
8. The colors should be there.
9. Add a new row to the table (via context menu or TAB).
10. The colors are lost.
