customTableStyle.odt: loading adds 'My Own Table Style' - but can't use with
Table Insert
In general, if I have a user-created table style, I cannot use that style
during Table - Insert.
Prior to 26.8, under certain circumstances, Table - Insert would allow you to
chose a table style that you had already created (on that particular computer).
Now the list only offers the built-in LibreOffice styles.

But no name-blaming here, because previously it ONLY worked by following these
certain steps (as far as I could see).
-insert a table somehow (i.e. via the toolbar)
-Table - AutoFormat Styles - Add style (and give it any name). OK.
-either OK or cancel out of the AutoFormat Styles dialog.
-Table Menu - Insert - and the new style is not available in the list any more.
AFAICS that was the only way to create a new table style prior to 26.8.
Apparently it saves the table definition into the LibreOffice profile since it
used to be available for a new document later on. If you LOADED a document that
has a table style, it would show up in the sidebar list, but those never showed
up in the Table - Insert list.
So the request here is to make the all the sidebar's table styles available to
Table Insert and Table Convert, as per bug 173936 comment 12.
Steps to reproduce #2
-open customTableStyle.odt
-select the words "Convert to Table"
-Table Menu - Convert - Text to table. Look for "My Custom Table Style". It is
not available to be used here or in Table - Insert, but you will see it in the
sidebar's Table Styles.
