GDB trace of crash
Looking at frame 8 there in sd/source/ui/func/fusel.cxx,
pAnnotationData->mxAnnotation is "empty rtl::Reference". Next step might be to
check, if something goes wrong in the copy & paste or if it's just an UI
interaction issue.
svx/source/annotation/AnnotationObject.cxx has AnnotationObject::setup() which
runs SdrObject::setAsAnnotationObject() from svx/source/svdraw/svdobj.cxx

The point of this report is to figure out why the pasted comment ends up being
strange: you can click the indicator and move it around, but the actual comment
never pops up.
