Description:
On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, opening tga file
attached displayed it with wrong colors (mostly blue).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Libreoffice
2. Select Targa file so it doesn't use Writer and show gibberish (see
tdf#174080)
3. Open the attached file
Actual Results:
Wrong colors (mostly blue)
Expected Results:
Right colors (some yellow, brown,...)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
