sc: trim full-column refs to data area in ConvertMatrixParameters

    Bug document: forum-mso-en4-134670.xlsx

    Formulas like SUM(SIGN(FREQUENCY(IFERROR(IF($A:$A=val,
    MATCH($B:$B,$B:$B,0)))))) with full-column references create
matrices with 1M+ elements when evaluated in forced-array context.
This produces a JumpMatrix with 1M positions, causing thousands
of MATCH evaluations and making the document effectively unable
    to load.

The existing AnnotateTrimOnDoubleRefs optimization only trims
full-column refs for simple SUM(IF(...)) patterns and does not
recognize intermediate functions like SIGN, FREQUENCY, IFERROR
    between SUM and IF.

Shrink the range end of full-column and full-row DoubleRef
references to the sheet's data area in ConvertMatrixParameters,
before they are converted to matrices. The start position is
preserved for correct index semantics. Only Value parameters
are trimmed to avoid changing the size of ForceArray/Array
parameters used by paired-array functions like CORREL across
    different sheets.
