26.8.1.1 bei deutschem Text ignoriert, mit [Alle] funktioniert es.
A user dictionary set to “German (Germany)” is ignored in Writer 26.8.1.1 when
processing German text; it works when set to [All].
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set the user dictionary to "German (Germany)" instead of "[All]"
