Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Rakuten Securities RSS on Windows and wait until the service is
connected and providing data.
2. Start LibreOffice Calc 26.2.6 or 26.8.1.
3. Create a new, empty spreadsheet.
4. Enter the following formula into a cell:
=DDE("RSS","N225","現在値")
5. Observe the cell before the market price changes.
6. Repeat with the following formulas:
=DDE("RSS","N225","高値")
=DDE("RSS","N225","始値")
=DDE("RSS","N225","安値")
7. Wait until the market data changes.
Actual Results:
The DDE formula cells remain blank at startup. Re-entering the formula does not
make the initial value appear. The cells receive values only after the market
data changes.
Expected Results:
The DDE formulas should receive and display the current available data when
Calc starts and the DDE link is established, without waiting for a subsequent
market data change.
Regression:
The same formulas work correctly in LibreOffice 25.8 on the same setup. The
problem also occurs in LibreOffice 26.2.6 and 26.8.1, including in a new, empty
spreadsheet.
DDE server:
Rakuten Securities RSS (Windows).
Additional Information:
The problem affects multiple fields, including current price, high, open, and
low. Re-entering the formula does not resolve the problem. The initial value
appears only after a subsequent market data update.

determined.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Rakuten Securities RSS on Windows and wait until it is connected.
2. Start LibreOffice Calc 26.2.6 or 26.8.1.
3. Create a new, empty spreadsheet.
4. Enter the formula =DDE("RSS","N225","高値") into a cell.
5. Observe the cell before the market data changes.
6. Wait until the market data changes.
Actual Results:
The cell remains blank when Calc starts. Re-entering the formula does not
resolve the problem. The value appears only after the market data changes.
Expected Results:
The cell should display the available high price when the DDE link is
established, without waiting for a subsequent market data change.

(open), and "安値" (low).
