Bug ID: 174131
Summary: Draw: Table properties features are missing (row
height and column width control) compared to Writer.
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Draw
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
Currently, table property features in LibreOffice Draw lack the essential
controls available in Writer, specifically the ability to control row height
and column width. When attempting to adjust table properties, these options are
missing. This is a crucial feature requested for precise control over table
size and width in Draw, just like in Writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Draw.
2. Insert a table into the document.
3. Right-click on the table and go to "Size" or table properties to compare
them with the options available in Writer.
Actual Results:
When right-clicking the table and going to the size option, there is no row
height option unlike Writer, and there are no column width control options in
the table properties compared to Writer.
Expected Results:
Comprehensive and precise options to control row heights and column widths
should be available within the table properties in Draw, exactly like in
Writer.
Reproducible: Always
