Test file for reproducing the issue

I have found a way to reproduce the issue, that is triggered by having images
inserted by copy-and-paste.

1. Open the test.jpg file in firefox (e.g. firefox test.jpg)
2. Open libreoffice impress (libreoffice --impress)
3. Open an empty presentation in impress
4. Go to the firefox window, place the cursor on the image, right click, select
copy image
5. Go to the libreoffice impress window and paste the image on the canvas
6. Select the image, right click and get to the position and size dialog.
Constraining horizontal and vertical size to scale proportionally, reduce the
width to 50mm
7. Select the image, crop it from the right to get only the "IP[y]:" part of it
(alternatively, select the image, get the crop /dialog/ and set the right crop
to 68mm, which should give you the same result in a more reproducible but
slightly more complex way, since the crop dialog is not enabled by default).
8. Save
9. Reload
