In the file sw/source/uibase/utlui/content.cxx line 3459 we have:

OUString sForbiddenChars;
    if (ContentTypeId::BOOKMARK == nType)
    {
        sForbiddenChars = "/\\@:*?\";,.#";
    }

But in UI we can insert bookmarks with dots and colon.
