When creating a diagram using date and time in a column causes the x-axis
labels to use "00:00" where hour and minute are expected.
For example "20.09.2020 10:30:00" (format code "TT.MM.JJJJ HH:MM") is displayed
as "20.09.2020 00:00".
There are two problems:
1) the displayed format is not the source format
2) hour and minute are not displayed
Some experiments show that even when changing the format manually HH and MM are
always displayed as "00".
