I had a file containing many elements, and after trying to reproduce the issue in different ways, I found that the problem occurs specifically when the file contains a comment. Here are the exact steps to reproduce it: Go to Review -> Comment and add a comment to the document. Save the file and close it. Open the file again, and immediately close it without making any modifications.
