I tested both factory-reset options in Troubleshoot Mode—“Reset settings and user customizations” and “Reset entire user profile”—and the problem still occurs afterward. The Insert, Format, and Styles menus still sometimes fail to open or disappear shortly after opening. I’m using Fedora 44 GNOME on Wayland.
