Description:
Setting Arabic text in font that does not support Arabic, can cause marks after
zero width space (U+200B) or word joiner (U+2060) to be missing or displaced.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached documents
2. Observe the Arabic word on different lines
Actual Results:
The words should render the same in the 3 examples
Expected Results:
Two examples show different (broken rendering)
Reproducible: Always
