Description:
i have two sheets;
the first, has a list, that is colour coded (background colours).
the second uses a data validation to collect that list, but the list does not
retain the backgrounds.
Steps to Reproduce:
i have two sheets;

the second uses a data validation to collect that list
Actual Results:
the list does not retain the background colours
Expected Results:
ideally, there would be a checkbox in the data validation, to persist the
formatting. that the select field would then contain the options from the list,
and change the formatting as expected.
