Description:
GTK3 and GTK4 can have CSS styles to set the font family, font name, padding
and many small but important details for LibreOffice GUIs, when shown using
GTK3 / GTK4 VCL plugin.
The task here is to create a style for LibreOffice that can be used with GTK3 /
GTK4.
Quoting from similar ticket, but for Qt, tdf#172885:
"The result looks interesting, but to give LibreOffice a visual identity that
is consistent across different platforms, a LibreOffice-specific theme is
required. This theme may optionally match other LibreOffice visual identities,
including the website."

Just like Qt theme, the new GTK theme should be available as light and dark
versions. It should work with GTK3 and GTK4.
