Line properties window without contents
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Libreoffice
2. File -> New text document
3. Draw a line
4. Right click the line (or any other objetct)
5. Choose "Area" or "Line"
Current behavior:
Show the window of the line or area property without content, then I have to
move the window to show the content.
Expected behavior:
Show line or area property windows with contents.
Operating System: Windows XP
