--- Comment #19 from R. Grafe <[email protected]> --- It is incomprehensible - and, above all, incredibly arrogant toward people with disabilities - to shrink the cursor down to 1 pixel instead of making it customizable. The 1-pixel cursor is practically invisible on modern HiDPI/4K screens. Unbelievable! Currently, it isn’t even possible to fix this via `gtk.css` - especially under KDE and Wayland (https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=173820) - a solution that would be, in any case, impossible or an unreasonable burden for the average user anyway. Yet, on Windows (!), it’s not a problem at all (https://discourse.gnome.org/t/accessibility-suggestions-from-a-visually-impaired-user-fixed/22851) — what an irony! This bug needs to be resolved immediately; it’s not a feature request, but a serious, egregious bug! Just unbelievable - sorry. Thickness *and* color should be adjustable within LO! https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/make-typing-cursor-more-visible-in-writer/44960/20 https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140353 https://www.facebook.com/groups/libreoffice.user.group/posts/3660095014173787/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/libreoffice.user.group/posts/2587294278120538/ https://discourse.gnome.org/t/accessibility-suggestions-from-a-visually-impaired-user-fixed/22851/2 Ignorance, Ignorance, Ignorance. Oh, hey, it's better LO looking modern than is usable. It's not a bug you cannot see the cursor, it's a feature. If you are visually impaired, change to Windows. [\irony] Accessibility should be a priority. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
