          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 68312
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FILEOPEN: Inserting picture from file opens users
                    Libraries\Picture folder every time
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.3.3 release
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:
When I for the second time wanted to insert a picture from a file in my
document, then LibreOffice opened the same folder as the first time again. It
did not open the same folder as the previous inserted picture where found. This
is not convenient and results in a lot of clicks finding the folder and
picture. I organise my document so I have all images and pictures in a
subfolder to the document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document in a folder. The folder is created some where else than
c:\Users\<username>\Documents.
2. Copy two images or pictures in a new subfolder named "images" to the folder
created in 1.
3. Insert the first picture from file and see that the opened folder in my case
"Biblioteker\Dokumenter" (En: "Libraries\Documents").
4. Click and find the subfolder named "images".
5. Insert the first picture.
4. Insert the second picture from file and see that the opened folder is
"Biblioteker\Dokumenter" and you have to find the subfolder named "images"
again.

Current behavior:
LibreOffice don't remember the folder of the last inserted picture.

Expected behavior:
LibreOffice remembers the folder of the last inserted picture, so a lot of
clicks and time is spared.

Operating System: Windows 7
