          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 68354
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FORMATTING: Feature Request: Ability to scale axis in
thousands, millions, etc., basically in different
                    scale than just units
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.0.4 release
         Component: Chart
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:
There exists no way of formatting any axis in a chart such that it shows steps
of thousands, millions, etc., anything different than units. For example, a
data set has X-values of 10 000, 20 000, 30 000 and so on, the X-axis on the
chart shows a scale of 10 000, 20 000, 30 000 and so on, instead of showing 10,
20, 30,... thousands at the end.

Current behavior:
Unsatisfactory

Expected behavior:
Mimic the same ability of Microsoft Office Excel in order to save space and
avoid heavy clutter that ultimately ruins a useful chart

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.0.4 release
