Screen shot showing test cells of April 13, 1880 being skipped in series of
calculated cells.

Problem description: Was working with date calculations prior to 1900 and I
noticed a discrepancy within the year 1880. The date April 13 is missing, thus
any date calculations spanning this date are all off by one day. I do not know
if other dates are missing, but April 13 1880 is definitely missing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Convert any cell to date format and enter the date of April 13, 1880. This
returns a result of April 12, 1880
2. Perform a date calculation such as April 12, 1880 + 1. The result of April
14, 1880 is returned.
3. Enter a date calculation of April 24, 1880 - 365, bearing in mind 1880 is a
leap year, and the result returned is April 24, 1879, instead of April 25,
1879.

Current behavior: April 13, 1880 is being skipped in calculations and reverting
to April 12, 1880 when entered directly.

Expected behavior: April 13, 1880 should show up and be able to be used in date
calculations, unless for some odd reason, the powers that be decided not to
have an April 13 in the year 1880.
