We need exactly reproducible narrowly defined bug reports. >From a (virtual) machine running Windows 7, using the TDF LO 4.1.1.1, I could reproduce the problem: double-clicking an ODF document located on on a network share (exported by Samba on Linux, though, not Windows) in Explorer, LO claims it is locked by an "unknown user" (which certainly is not true). But just a few times, tens of times I could not, doing the exact same thing. Is this the case for the original bug reporter, too, that if he just tries again, it usually works?
