a copy of the text file after the expalation above.
I tried to insert a new row with 'tab' hoping to see a new row on page 2 of new
document. Whole table is moved to page 2 and page 1 is left blank after the
page title (text). A new row is inserted but it is on page 3 with the correct
table headers.
I have tried to insert using the table menu and from right-click, exactly the
same problem. I have not tried to insert more lines after page 3.
