Problem description:

These bugs ("Editing", "Remains") occur, if the option "Tools, Options...,
LibreOffice Writer, View, Display, Tables" is disabled. I described them here
together because I guess that there is close relation between these two bugs.

Steps in order to reproduce the bug "Editing":
[1] Create a new text document.
[2] Insert a table.
[3] Disable option "Display Tables". The table is replaced by a grey box, the
content of the table is no longer visible.
Comment: This box is not really a bug, but to my opinion it is not satisfying.
A display similar to a non-displayed graphics would be better.
[4] Click into different cells of the non-displayed table and type in
characters. The text cursor and several lines and boxes are displayed during
this action! The typed-in characters are not displayed but they are inserted
into the non-displayed table. You can view it if you enable the display of
tables again. A nice feature, but surely not intended!

Steps in order to reproduce the bug "Remains":
[1] Create a new text document.
[2] Insert a table.
[3] Disable option "Display Tables". The table is replaced by a grey box, the
content of the table is no longer visible.
[4] Remains of UI elements (lines and boxes) are left under different
conditions inside the non-displayed table:
(a) Open a context menu (right-click) so that this menu is displayed above the
table and close it again.
(b) Scroll down the document with the mouse wheel, so that the table is no
longer visible and scroll up again.
(c) Scroll down and up by using the scroll bar (slowly).
(d) Move the table to the top of the working area. Select an item of the menu
bar and move the mouse pointer along the menu bar, so that the displayed menus
change and are displayed above the table.
(e) Enable the option "Tips" (Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> General ->
Help), if disabled. Move the mouse pointer above the non-displayed table
(slowly). Tips relating to the non-displayed table are displayed! Remains of
the tip boxes remain visible.
