Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to a postgresql database
2. Define a simple report with a group section
3. Try do define a counter or a accumulation inside the group before and after
section
In some cases, also the group detail is not working anymore.
Opening a report created by previous release it works, including details, count
and accumulators.
