I tested with LO 3.6.0.0 beta1. There it's impossible to move the fields. There are no earlier versions for me available. In https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68539 I have also tested with LO 3.5.7.2. In this version the fields could only moved from the right side to the left side.
