Often I want to add a comment to a phrase or paragraph rather than one
particular point in the document. It could be great if creating a comment while
text is selected would highlight the text and link the comment to this
selection.
This would be similiar to the Microsoft Word functionality.
(Note: this is probably related to this bug:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=63496 which concerns .doc
documents)
