Well, I have started typing in my thesis - which I am passing on to you as a
highly confidential attachment retaining my intellectual property rights - and
realized that the footnotes (eg. see page 6) do not contain any text, and, I am
confused as to whether the original footnotes were somehow automatically
corrupted.
I saved the file in docx format because LSE seem to prefer Microsoft Office,
but I cannot afford buying the licenses for now.
