Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1 Insert > Picture > from File
Current behavior: Although I have saved the document when I open the document
again the placeholder reads 'read error' rather than displaying the image
within the document. I have saved the document in .docx format.
Expected behavior:
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 3.5 all versions
